When you first sign up for a Spry Dispatch account, and when you use the Services, we collect some Personal Information about you such as:

  • The geographic area where you use your computer and mobile devices should be the same with the one of your software
  • The mobile app allows sharing location information with our servers. This runs in the background even when the mobile app is closed. This feature allows us to display the location of your field techs on a map in the web app. We only store the latest location on our servers. Users of the mobile app can opt out of this feature, and all other features will continue to work. To request location information be removed, users may write us at hello@sprydispatch.com.
  • Your full name, username, and email address and other contact details should be provided in the contact forms
  • A unique Spry Dispatch user ID (an alphanumeric string) which is assigned to you upon registration should always be at front
  • Your IP Address and, when applicable, timestamp related to your consent and confirmation of consent.
  • Other information submitted by you or your organizational representatives via various methods and practiced techniques
  • Data is protected by regular backups, but the possibility for data loss exists, and we provide no guarantee on data loss.
  • Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
